Sexual Tension

The reason why guys get into the no sex zone or what others call the “friend zone” is because no sexual tension was build during an interaction with a girl. If you can create sexual tension, she is going to be forced to have sex with you so she can release the tension. Their are really only three options a girl can do when you have build sexual tension in her. She could decide to have sex with you, do something physical with you or she could just walk away.

Sexual tension: Sexual or physical desire that isn’t released and builds up over time. Imagine sexual tension like a rubber band. If you pull on a rubber band, it will get tighter and tighter and the rubber band is gonna want to snap back into place. This is an example of good sexual tension. If you pull the rubber band too much, it’s gonna snap. This would be an example of bad sexual tension. 

The ideal scenario is to start releasing the sexual tension when your in a situation where sex is possible to happen. The problem with most guys is that they release the sexual tension too soon or they don’t build sexual tension at all. Once the sexual tension has been released, their is not much point in her wanting to release any more sexual tension because she would already be satisfied. Unless of course you build the sexual tension back up again. 

Another mistake guys make with sexual tension is that when the sexual tension is actually building up, it gets to a point that it’s too much that the guy or girl will want to leave the situation so they could kill the tension. 

To create sexual tension the right way, your gonna want to use push-pull while building the tension. Build some tension with the girl your interested in and release small increments of it with time. Build it up and release it. Cause emotional spikes in her by teasing, being playful, and by bantering her. Frame her as your adorable but annoying little sister. Tell her that it’s a school night and that she shouldn’t be up too late. Give her a nick name. Reversing gender roles is another good idea. 

Make sure to give the girl your interested in a strong dominant eye contact. You can talk about anything even boring stuff but if you give her the “I want to fuck you” eyes while talking, that girl is going to really feel the sexual tension building up. Escalate the intimacy of your touch during the interaction. Slowly touch her in a more sexual way with time during an interaction.

Sexual tension is critical if you want to get in the yes sex zone or get out of the “friend zone”. It’s important that sexual tension is build properly. Not enough sexual tension will put you on the no sex zone. Too much sexual tension will cause one of you two to leave the situation so the tension can be killed. Releasing the sexual tension too early and not building it up again will cause the girl to not want to get physical/sexual with you again because she would already be satisfied that all her tension has been released. 

Build up the sexual tension and release it. Keep doing that until you get to a point that your in a situation where you and your girl can have sex so both of you can completely release that tension right then and their.
